Affiliate questions

When is a commission earned?
When the customer receives the certificate, not at payment. Rejected or refunded files earn nothing. Paid [n] days later, after the refund window.
Are Watch and Compliance subscriptions commissioned?
Yes, at [xx]% of the first month ($9 or $29). Registry fees are never commissioned: they’re billed at cost.
Can I refer myself or my own clients?
Not yourself. Your clients, yes — though accountants with more than ten companies usually do better with the Pro program.
Can I bid on the “Incorpo” brand in paid ads?
No. Brand bidding, look-alike sites and promises not on our pages mean account closure and cancellation of pending commissions.
Is the program available in English?
Yes. Links keep the landing page’s language; the kit includes banners and copy in both languages.

Competition Bureau guidelines and platform rules require a clear, visible mention before the link. We provide the sentence; you place it. Affiliates who skip it are removed.
