Four values, and what they mean on a Tuesday morning.

01Accurate before fast.A wrong figure costs a customer more than a page published a day later. We choose verification over velocity.In practice: nobody publishes a fee without a source link and access date; the reviewer has a veto.
02Prices on two lines.Our fees on one side, registry fees on the other, always. That goes for customers, partners and our own suppliers.In practice: a summary that hid the REQ’s $397 in a bundle is a bug, not an optimization.
03Boring by design.The product should never surprise: no hidden fees, no cancel-by-phone, no pop-up at checkout.In practice: every feature gets a “could this surprise a customer?” review before code review.

Do I need to be bilingual?
The product is in French and English, so it helps. Required for content and support roles, a plus elsewhere. Interviews are in the language of your choice.
Can I work remotely from outside Canada?
No, for data residency and Law 25 compliance: all roles require living in Canada. Remote work is fine from any province.
Is the posted range negotiable?
Your place in the range depends on the level set during the process, not on negotiation skills. Same level, same salary.
Is there a technical exercise or case?
Yes, capped at [n] hours and paid [amount] whatever the outcome. It’s a real problem we’ve already solved, never live work.
Can I apply to several roles?
Yes. Say so in your message; we’ll steer you to the best fit after the first call.
What happens to my application afterwards?
Kept [n] months with your consent, then deleted. Ask for deletion anytime.
