What we expect from every partner

  • Posted prices. Everything the client pays is known before contact, fees and costs separate.
  • Bilingual, or clear about language. French or English, the client knows which language they’ll be served in.
  • No influence on our content. Incorpo.ca guides, comparisons and reviews aren’t for sale.
  • Data handled in Canada. Or equivalent contractual safeguards, Law 25 compliant.
  • A reply to the client within [n] business days. We track response times and remove silent partners.

What you get, whatever the type

  • Clients who just incorporated. Not cold leads: companies with an NEQ, a certificate and a dated need.
  • Full context. With client consent, jurisdiction, plan and documents are already there.
  • Zero listing fees. A commission on engagements signed, shown to the client, or nothing at all for Perks.
  • A monthly report. Requests, activations, response times, satisfaction.
  • A clean exit. [n] days’ notice, client commitments honoured to term.
What we don’t sell: a spot in our guides, a “recommended by Incorpo.ca” badge, access to our clients’ data.

Application form

One form for all four types. Reply within [n] business days; a 30-minute call follows if it’s a fit.

Questions from future partners

Another question? [email protected]

Incorpo.ca is not a law firm and isn’t affiliated with any government. Partner lawyers and accountants practise under their own professional liability.
Is a partnership exclusive?
No, except Perks: one provider per category and province, so the perk stays clear. Several accountants and lawyers per province are fine.
How are clients referred to a partner lawyer or accountant?
Only on request, from the dashboard, by province and language. We don’t sell leads or impose anyone; the client picks from a list with fees shown.
Are there fees to become a partner?
No listing fees. On-demand work (lawyers, accountants) is billed by you to the client, with a [xx]% commission to Incorpo.ca disclosed to the client upfront.
Can I join the review board as a partner?
The board is separate from commercial partnerships and paid per review. Members of a Canadian order can apply; mention it in the form.
How does a partnership end?
Either party, with [n] days’ notice. Immediately for a founded client complaint, disbarment or a broken Perk promise.
