You answer simple questions, one at a time. We draft the articles, check the file and submit it. You get the certificate, minute book and tax numbers.

Compared with other routes

A lawyer is still right for complex structures (holdco, estate freeze, investor classes). For one or two shareholders, the flow is enough.

FAQ

Answers reviewed by David Roy, lawyer (Barreau du Québec). Chat covers the rest.

Can I stop and resume later?
Yes. Every answer is saved. You get a resume link by email; the draft stays available for 90 days without an account.
When do I pay?
Only at the last step, after the detailed review: our fee, registry fee and options. No card asked before.
What if the registry rejects the file?
We fix it with you and refile at no extra fee. Some registries charge for a new filing; we tell you first.
Do I need to be in Canada to sign?
No. E-signature is valid in every jurisdiction we serve. Non-residents can do everything from abroad.
Does someone really review my file?
Yes, a corporate agent reviews every file before filing, in Montreal business hours. It isn’t legal advice: Incorpo.ca is not a law firm.
How soon can I open a bank account?
As soon as the certificate and business number arrive — usually the next day federally. Partner banks accept our digital documents.
